System requirements

macOS	13 or later
Chip	Apple silicon, Intel
Dock	Positioned at the bottom of the screen
Permissions	Accessibility (required), location (optional, for weather), iCloud (optional, for partner cat)

Installation

Download the DMG
Double-click the downloaded MochiDock.dmg to open it.
Drag it to Applications
In the window that opens, drag Mochi Dock onto the Applications folder.
Open it
Open Mochi Dock from Applications. Because it was downloaded from the internet, macOS may ask you to confirm with “Open” once.
Allow Accessibility
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility and switch Mochi Dock on. Then restart the app.
Say hi to Mochi
Mochi hops onto your Dock and gives you a short tour. Everything lives in the paw icon in your menu bar.

Permission trouble? If Mochi looks too large or can’t see your icons, Accessibility access may be missing. Remove Mochi Dock from the list, add it again and restart the app. Open the guide

Uninstalling

Drag Mochi Dock from Applications to the Trash. If you used partner pairing, press UNLINK in Settings first so your iCloud record is deleted.
